At NIS you can store nearly any legal vehicle or industrial item: semi-trucks, trailers, RVs, shipping containers, specialized equipment, pallets, oversize loads, if it fits your leased space.

We’re located in Alamo, Nevada (Lincoln County), along the U.S. 93 corridor about 77 miles north of Las Vegas. The facility is part of the Alamo Industrial Complex and located at 500 Industrial Road.

Storage and Facility Questions

We offer flexible sizes: from small square-foot lots up to full acre and multi-acre parcels. You only pay for the size you lease.

Yes, we have portable ramps and material handling equipment; from small 5,000 pound capacity forklifts to 12,000 pound capacity telehandlers to assist with loading/unloading trailers and containers.

We have an array of material handling equipment, from small 5,000 pound capacity forklifts to 12,000 pound capacity telehandlers. Please reach out if a higher lift capacity is needed, as we can facilitate much larger loads with advanced notice.

We currently have three warehouse forklifts, 4 outdoor forklifts, and three telehandlers.

Absolutely. We have multiple lifts that can unload a dry van with our loading ramps and telehandlers that can easily unload from a flatbed.

Our standard receiving hours are 7am-3pm Monday through Saturday. We can accommodate outstanding hours or weekend deliveries by appointment only.

Our facility is rolled type 2 gravel.

No. We currently do not have any covered storage options available. However, we are happy to work with clients on options, for example if tarping is provided, we can arrange to facilitate items being covered.

Yes. Acre and multi-acre leases are available.

Yes. If you lease enough space (around one acre or more), we can arrange a separately fenced portion of the yard with its own private gate for exclusive access.

We serve trucking/freight, construction and landscaping, vehicle and equipment rental, towing, industrial suppliers, fabricators, and anyone needing outdoor yard space for equipment or materials.
Access and Security

Yes, the facility has 24/7 security personnel and monitoring, including gates and cameras to keep the property secure around the clock.

Yes, after-hours access is available by arrangement. Because the facility is supervised 24/7, we can grant access outside normal hours with prior notice.

We offer full perimeter fencing, controlled gated entry, 24/7 video surveillance, license plate and facial recognition, motion tracking sensors, and client access to live camera feeds of their own storage area for added oversight.

Absolutely. We allow clients to access a dedicated video feed of their assets for 24/7 live monitoring.
Pricing & Billing

Pricing is generally based on the space you lease (square feet or acreage) and the duration of the lease. Any added services, such as material handling, is billed separately. Our rates are generally more affordable, roughly 40% below typical Las Vegas storage yard rates.

We invoice for all storage and handling fees on a monthly schedule.

All payments for space leased are due upon receipt.
Setup & Use of Space

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own containers, trailers, or mobile office units to place in your leased lot.

Absolutely. The only restriction being that any material handling must be handled by Nevada Industrial Storage personnel.

You may store almost anything that is legal and non-hazardous. Hazardous materials are generally not permitted unless explicitly allowed under safe, regulated conditions. If unsure about a specific item, give us a call.

We take inventory of all inbound shipments and any hazardous material must be approved to be received by Nevada Industrial Storage before arriving on site.
