Vernon Bunker serves as the Director of Fire and Safety at Nevada Industrial Storage, bringing over 31 years of fire service experience to his role. Before joining Nevada Industrial Storage, Vernon spent 28 years as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the Clark County Fire Department, gaining extensive expertise in emergency response, rescue operations, and safety management. In his current role, he oversees all onsite fire and safety protocols, ensuring strict adherence by both employees and visitors. He also contributes to his community as a board member of the local fire district.
Vernon holds a wide range of certifications, including EMT, EMT-I, Paramedic, Firefighter I and II, Paramedic Preceptor, EMS Instructor, Airport Fire Rescue (AARFF), HazMat Technician, High Angle Rope Rescue Technician, Water Rescue Technician, Extrication Technician, Incident Command System (ICS 200, 300, 400), Triage/Mass Casualty Incident Training, High Rise Fire and Rescue Training, EMS Coordinator, Safety Officer for large fire scenes, and AHA CPR/AED Instructor.
